- Lead NAV integration project for all of Mondo products, ensuring that product costs are appropriately calculated and reconciled for all product types
- Support regular review of Mondo inventory levels, including understanding sell-through and recommendations re: write-offs and destruction of old inventory
- Assist Director with management of product development budget & all agreements with freelance artists, contractors, etc. Develop SOWs for each & ensure that all 3rd parties working with Mondo have written agreements on ownership of work.
- Support the wholesale team as the key conduit for business-to-business customers as well as internal Funko partners re: product availability, quantities, pricing, costing, among others.
- Coordinate product approval with Project Managers and Creative Directors via studios for their category
- Oversee the operation workflow, quality, budget and schedule adherence
- Coordinate with Logistics on all releases and track purchase orders in partnership with Logistics as needed per category
- Coordinate weekly meetings with category leads to ensure alignment with the calendar.
- Coordinate sourcing all information and assets for product releases
- Passion for pop culture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management and/or Cost Accounting
- Proficiency with advanced features of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management and accounting software desirable, including FilemakerPro, Wrike, and/or NAV
- Experience administrating contracts and agreements desired
- Background in a creative environment and/or previous work with artists desirable

What You'll Do
As a Product Specialist you will be a key member of the Production Team responsible for managing the development of all Mondo products, from prototyping, pricing, costing, development, and delivery to customers. You will support and partner with a team of experts in all these areas as you drive product development, budget, product costing, project schedule and quality of results. Your role will include a subset of the following projects, to be determined based on team needs:
