    Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

    Job Summary:

    The Senior Data Analyst will be instrumental in interpreting complex data and turning it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions. This role involves gathering information from various sources and interpreting patterns and trends. As a key member of the data analytics department, you will take leadership in data projects and directly contribute to the company's strategy and tactical decision-making.

    Responsibilities:
    • Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights and compile analytical reports that can help improve business outcomes.
    • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
    • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
    • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
    • Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse.
    • Design and create data reports and reporting tools to help business executives in their decision making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential business impacts.
    • Use data to predict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole.
    • Work with the IT team to transform data governance and security protocols to ensure the integrity of company data.
    • Regularly review and update data analysis techniques, tools, and applications to ensure they remain effective.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, particularly in a leadership role.
    • Technical expertise with data models, database design development, and data mining and segmentation techniques.
    • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks).
    • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
    Required Skills:
