Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of billing procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Generate and process invoices accurately and timely
Review and verify billing data and ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices
Communicate with clients/customers to resolve billing discrepancies and issues
Maintain billing records and documentation
Assist in month-end closing activities related to billing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing processes are efficient and effective

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
