The Application Specialist will collaborate with the Administrative Team and Clinical Informatics Specialist to provide support of the Electronic Medical Record and Billing Systems along with other related applications that may intersect with this application.
The position will optimize the use of the EMR/Billing System to promote improvement in patient care, user satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
A full understanding of the functionality and ability to apply it is necessary.This individual will have basic knowledge of relational databases and how data supports the clinical and business needs of the organization.
The ability to understand work flow and translate that into effective, efficient, and safe utilization of the application is essential.
