    **Position Summary**

    The Sr. Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for full account maintenance of Strategic UDS accounts to include dispute resolution, cash applications and collections. The Senior C/R Specialists role will maintain and strengthen the professional relationships with customers to recover receivables and increase overall customer satisfaction. In addition, they will identify and make recommendations to improve processes and procedures.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Provide Sales Team with weekly reporting of aged accounts receivables articulating issues compromising on time payment and actions to recover.

    Provide higher level reporting information to Senior Management to include performance evaluations, process improvement plans and trends that affect the overall Commercial business

    Independently analyze and develop innovative solutions to complex situations

    Respond to customer requests and questions regarding invoices, statements, special reporting information, payment processing and general billing questions

    Work with management and other departments to develop written procedures and guidelines that streamline processes and provide more efficient operations

    Secure payment and bring accounts current.

    **Primary Accountabilities:**

    Time (%) Primary Accountability

    75% - Complete Account Maintenance to include resolving disputes, identifying and providing customer needs such as data feeds, invoice requests, cash applications, account type review and overall relationship building to ensure the highest standards of customer service.

    25% - Accountable for collecting and managing risk on a high volume of delinquent

    accounts (31 and 120 days past due) assigned through the collections database.

    **Requirements:**

    Associates Degree and/or 3 to 5 years corporate collections and/or customer service experience

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

    Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills

    Ability to multi-task in a high energy and fast-paced goal oriented work environment.

    Demonstrated leadership among peers
