    Job Title: Employer Engagement Program Specialist at World Relief Memphis


    Description: Are you someone who is passionate about advocating for justice and supporting marginalized communities? World Relief and millions of people globally are looking for individuals like you to join their team. The Employer Engagement Program (EEP) at World Relief Memphis is dedicated to creating custom onsite training programs to enhance skills development and career opportunities for refugees and immigrants. As an EEP Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with program participants, setting goals, and providing career coaching to help clients achieve their professional objectives.


    Role & Responsibilities:
    • Assess program eligibility and enroll participants based on guidelines
    • Identify short- and long-term career goals and set achievable targets
    • Regularly meet with participants to track progress and address challenges
    • Collaborate with team members and partners to ensure program success
    • Engage with volunteers and service providers for program enhancement
    • Develop systems and policies to comply with organizational standards

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Prior experience in case management and workforce development preferred
    • Proficiency in languages like Spanish or Kinyarwanda advantageous
    • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and diverse environment
    • Undergraduate degree strongly desired

    Requirements:
    • Deeply rooted Christian faith and alignment with World Relief's values
    • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
    • Proficiency in computer skills and willingness to travel occasionally
