    Business Operations Specialist

    At our company, Forte, we provide support services designed to assist new entrepreneurs and established business owners in enhancing their operations. Our team, consisting of financial experts, HR professionals, IT specialists, marketers, and operation managers, is dedicated to offering top-notch support to our valued clients.

    To excel in this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various fields and sectors, handling multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. While you will be involved in internal operational and project management tasks, the majority of your time will be spent supporting our ambitious clients. Team members who thrive here possess problem-solving skills, curiosity, perseverance, and the humility to seek assistance when needed.

    As a Business Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include examining clients' businesses, implementing and optimizing processes, and acting as a primary liaison between clients and our team. You should be adept at coaching, possess experience in implementing new operational platforms, and excel in communication.

    • Getting acquainted with your colleagues and understanding our workflow
    • Learning about our current clients and ongoing projects
    • Assisting the internal team with existing projects as you familiarize yourself with our operations

    • Manage multiple client accounts
    • Continue supporting your team with project management and client operations
    • Enhance and develop your skills as you take on additional responsibilities
    Required qualifications:
    • Solid project management expertise
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities
    • Ability to translate ideas into actionable steps
    • Proficiency in standard software platforms such as ClickUp, Trello, etc.
    • Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment
    • Creative thinking and a multifaceted approach
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent time management abilities
    • Confidence to work well under pressure and hold others accountable
    • Keen attention to detail
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Background as an operations manager or director
    • Experience as a business analyst
    • Entrepreneurial experience
    • MBA is a bonus
