    Position Overview

    A challenging opportunity awaits you as a Cadillac Service Advisor at Frank Kent Cadillac. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, offering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

    Your Responsibilities
    • Serve as the primary interface for customer inquiries and service needs
    • Schedule service appointments efficiently
    • Provide accurate service estimates and timelines
    • Liaise with technicians for timely service completion
    • Maintain strong customer relations through effective communication
    • Keep customers informed on vehicle status and necessary maintenance
    • Arrange alternate transportation for customers when required
    • Record service transactions meticulously
    • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
    • Act as a bridge for warranty or insurance claims
    • Stay informed on Cadillac products, services, and industry trends

    Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior customer service experience, preferably in automotive
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
    • Proficiency in computer usage
    • Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours
    • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
    • Knowledge of Cadillac products is beneficial
    • Valid driver's license with a clean record
