Our customer base includes well-known companies in the industrial, automotive, medical, and consumer electronics industries. Our structure is characterized by customer orientation, qualified and independent employees, flat hierarchies, high flexibility, and technical expertise.

We are currently seeking a


Sales Support Representative
(m/f/d):

(Designations refer to all genders)


Your responsibilities:


  • Acceptance of sales orders from assigned customers (EDI, email, fax, etc.) and entry into ERP system
  • Checking desired delivery dates with customers in coordination with other departments
  • Checking commercial aspects of orders (price, Incoterms, payment terms, etc.) against ERP data / quote
  • Communication with customers in case of discrepancies (escalation path through Key Account Manager)
  • Completion of routine tasks in daily operations for major customers in coordination with Key Account Manager

Your qualifications:


  • Commercial or technical education with several years of professional experience
  • Experience in communicating with customers
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with Navision or another ERP system
  • Knowledge of English in spoken and written form is an advantage
  • Teamwork, organizational skills, and resilience
