We are currently seeking an experienced

Human Resources Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
› You advise the management or other executives on personnel-related issues
› Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of the HR team
› Design and implementation of HR strategies, methods, tools and digitalization
› You are familiar with creating and posting job advertisements on various recruiting platforms, social media channels and print media
› You play a key role in the applicant selection process
› You are comfortable conducting employee conversations
› You plan personnel measures and implement them
› You are responsible for personnel cost planning as well as the "payroll and salary" department
› You are responsible for planning, organizing and conducting vocational training for our apprentices

YOUR PROFILE
› You have a degree, ideally with a focus on human resources
› You have several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally with leadership experience
› You have sound knowledge of labor, social security and works constitution law
› You have experience in payroll accounting, preferably with SAP HR
› You are familiar with topics such as digitalization, employee development and employer branding
› You see yourself as an "exemplary" leader and team player
