About Us


Ackermann Instrumente GmbH, located in Rietheim-Weilheim near Tuttlingen in southern Germany, has been developing, manufacturing, and distributing a variety of innovative solutions since 1954, particularly in the fields of open and minimally invasive surgery, as well as ligature and spinal implants.


Responsibilities

  • Customer support for our ecommerce platform, one of the first online stores for surgical instruments in Germany
  • Support for our international partners and dealers
  • Telephone and electronic customer service
  • Ensuring customeroriented, timely, and costoptimized order processing from order entry to the creation of shipping and export documents
  • Interdepartmental resolution of customer inquiries
  • Return processing
  • Maintenance of master data

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Knowledge of customer service is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the ERP system Majesty is an advantage
  • Knowledge of surgical instruments is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of English and other foreign languages is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of common office applications
  • High social and communication skills
  • High level of teamwork
  • High level of independent work and initiative
