    CONTROL ENGINEER / AUTOMATION ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
    Control Engineer / Automation Engineering Technician Needed – Join Our Growing Team

    What You Will Do:

    • Troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs, instrumentation, and drives on production lines
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve manufacturing processes and equipment
    • Facilitate change management and documentation
    • Conduct training and continuously improve skills
    • Maintain a safe work environment and report any safety concerns

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Minimum 8 years of professional experience OR minimum of 5 years of professional experience with an associate degree OR minimum 2 years of professional experience with a 4year degree
    • Competency with PLCs (Siemens preferred), HMIs (WonderWare preferred), and servo and variable frequency drives
    • Knowledgeable in reading, updating, and creating electrical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical
    • Experience in web process handling, field service, or IIOT devices preferred
    • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in a manufacturing environment a plus
    • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and changing environment

    Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

    • Work duties divided between office and production floor
    • Must wear all mandatory PPE on the production floor
    • Occasional extendedhour days may be required
    • Exposure to changing temperatures, moving machinery, chemicals, and loud noises
    • Must have the ability to wear appropriate PPE and understand and mitigate risks
