- Lead material handlers to supports production and warehouse
- Track production and inventory and work with related to systems and process applications issues as needed
- Support the ERP system's integration with PFEP, Kanban, Level load, and other planning tools as required
- Simplify and standardize the Cycle Count process resulting in ABC compliance, and within adjustment tolerance
- Drive excellence within Inventory management processes complying with defined PFEP standard routines
- Support adherence to all Internal and External Audit certifications required that are related to ERP and Planning
- Review shipments /receipts for quality accuracy
- Bachelor's degree required. Field of study in Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing or other related field, preferred.
- Proven quantitative ability, and good communication skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience performing a supply chain function, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Capable of working with cross-culture teams
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing shop floor applications (pull systems,) preferred
- Proven computer skills proficiency including Excel.
- Demonstrable abilities in reporting, dash-board data analysis and trends discovery for providing measurable insights to all sales-related functions
