    Hourly Description Temporary Customer Success Specialist Applications will be accepted through 4:59 PM MST on the posting end date.

    ThisTemporary Customer Success Specialist position is a great opportunity for a professional who's looking to provide consumer protection and public safety for all Idahoans.

    This is a non-classified temporary position, as such it is exempt from classified state service and the rules of the Division of Human Resources and the Idaho Personnel Commission.

    + Provide front-line customer service and multi-tasking functions that may include: greeting visitors and callers, answering questions about licenses and related fees, along with accessing the relevant rules and regulations. + Perform a variety of office support functions such as generating labels, forms, and routine letters; verifying completeness of applications and forms; maintaining record systems. + Process permits, licenses and registrations for customers + Respond in writing to requests for pertinent program information. + Process mail and distribute, prepare Certified Mail and packages. + Upload documents into application portal + Assist customers via in person, phone, email, and mail + Mail out fingerprint cards + Input data from fingerprint cards received + Input results and send reports to licensure To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
