    Description

    Position Overview:

    The Sales Development Representative position is primarily responsible for setting qualified appointments and conducting virtual presentations with business owners and executives to review Cardone sales training programs.

    Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + As many leads as you can call + Ongoing Daily Sales Training Provided.

    Performance Expectations:

    Minimum of 4 hours of talk time per day.

    Monday - Friday, 8:20 AM - 6:00 PM.

    Our sales professionals are earning between $120k and $600k per year

    Responsibilities:

    • Call, email, and use various communication forms to identify the correct product for each client.
    • Schedule virtual demonstration appointments with business owners.
    • Exceed sales targets set monthly and yearly by Sales Director and Team leaders.
    • Make outbound calls to provided leads.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure successful deals.
    • Qualify leads based on specific criteria provided by the sales team.
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments scheduled.
    • Continuously update knowledge of our products/services.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in B2B sales preferred.
    • Proficiency in closing and negotiating.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
