As a Business Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in the light industrial, hospitality, retail, and professional sectors.

This role offers hands-on experience in sales and business development, as well as the chance to learn from industry experts.

Responsibilities include:


  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Cold calling and prospecting to generate new business leads.
  • Conducting sales presentations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to match talent to job opportunities.
  • Achieving sales targets and KPI's to drive business growth.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • MOTIVATED, DRIVEN, AND EAGER TO LEARN AND GROW IN THE STAFFING INDUSTRY.

Compensation and Benefits:

- $45k - $55k/year and Commission structure
