    Your Role and Responsibilities


    We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product & Technology Integration Leader to drive the successful integration of acquired products, technologies, and engineering teams.


    Your main responsibilities will include:
    Executing a comprehensive acquisition integration playbook that encompasses product rationalization, roadmap development and product release for general availability.


    Driving cross-functional collaboration between acquired engineering and product management teams and the existing engineering and product management organizations, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

    Monitoring and tracking key integration metrics, product development milestones, and technology integration progress.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    A minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in releasing software products.

    Deep understanding of software product development lifecycles, software architecture and technology stacks.


    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization, with experience including product development, product management and customer support.


    Excellent people skills:
    the ability to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, third parties, including clients, and senior-level/executive management.

    Exceptional proactiveness, problem-solving skills, and comfort with ambiguity.

    Ability to recognize areas of improvement to accomplish tasks effectively and efficiently.

    High results-orientation and commitment to quality.

    Ability to learn quickly and desire to take on increasing level of responsibility.

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
