    Description
    Home Care Providers of Texas is looking for an HR Coordinator in Dallas, TX. Join our team to support the Human Resources department with various tasks like maintaining personnel files, assisting with interviews, conducting background checks, data entry, and file management for employees. Here's a glimpse of what you'll do:

    • Represents the HR department professionally

    • Conducts monthly audits

    • Handles data entry of employee requirements

    • Assists with HR projects

    • Maintains HR documents and supplies

    • Helps in personnel file organization

    • Facilitates applicant interviews and reference checks

    • Supports Operations department as required

    • Manages order placement and supply processing

    • Provides overall support to the HR team

    • Performs other assigned duties by HR Management
    Here's what we need from you:

    • Must be 18 years old or above

    • Education/Licensure: High school diploma or equivalent

    • Experience: Previous office experience, preferably in HR, knowledge of Microsoft Office and email
