    Description:


    • Plan Sponsor lead for all implementation meetings


    • Documentation of requirements and systems set up


    • Vendor Management for all Health, Welfare and Wellness Vendors


    • Day-to-day Plan Sponsor contact


    • Case Management and escalations


    • Vendor Audits & Reporting


    • Coordinate changes required for Annual Enrollment


    • Implement approved benefit design changes with broker(s) and external vendors


    • Develop and maintain process to track employees on STD


    • Develop a process to coordinate employees returning to work from STD while employed

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of progressive benefits administration experience in a corporate setting is required;


    • CEBS certificate is a plus;


    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;


    • Workday experience preferred;


    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;


    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with little oversight;


    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to different levels in the organization;


    • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills is critical;


    • Experience working in a healthcare and/or life sciences environment is a plus.
