Consilium Partners360, LLC is seeking a Full Time Benefits Specialist to join our team and oversee the benefits function for an employee population of 1000. Excellent professional opportunity to join the team, grow your career and enjoy more than usual autonomy.
This is a remote position.
Playing a key role in managing the employee benefits programs, you'll assist employees with learning and utilizing their benefits, maintaining employee benefit profile data and deliver overall exceptional service to the organization. This position also has responsibility for the FMLA/PFL/LOA program.
Please respond if your background includes a bachelor's degree along with 2-4 years of experience with employee benefits, Workers Comp and LOA programs. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel (Pivot tables) and PowerPoint needed, along with a good aptitude to use other software and/or cloud-based HRIS programs as needed.
