    Seoul, South KoreaThis is a hybrid role with 3 days a week required to be in the Seoul office

    About the Team:


    In this role, you will contribute to Cloudflare's revenue generation engine by delivering pipeline at scale to the Sales counterparts.

    You will do this through a maniacal focus on people, process, and tools.

    The Business Development Representative (BDR) will:Be the first point of contact for customers that need help finding solutionsDevelop your customer centric sales skills to deliver a stellar customer experienceLearn Cloudflares products and services in detailSimilar to other roles that Cloudflare, this role has a tenure requirement of 18-24 months before you may be eligible to apply for another role within the company

    About the RoleLanguages required:
    Korean (native speaker) and English (working fluency)In this Team Lead role, you will play a critical role in supporting and coaching BDRs for their growth and team quota achievement, while carrying your own individual quota

    In the individual contribution capacity:
    Own and meet target quota related to number of qualified opportunitiesIdentify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases through qualitative and data driven approachWork cross-functionally with stakeholders (account executives, marketing, partners, sales operations, fellow BDRs)

    Write emails and letters youd love to open; make calls youd love to receive; ask compelling questionsExperience in G-Suites, Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a great plusIn the Team Lead capacity:

    Own and meet teams target quota related to number of qualified opportunitiesBuild, implement and iterate Korea BDR teams prospecting initiatives, team processesSupport onboarding and training of new BDRs in their prospecting and outbound calls/emails, day-to-day operations, and product/industry knowledgeWork cross-functionally with marketing, partners, sales, and sales operations to ensure alignment on your teams strategy and executionManage, track and report activities and results to relevant stakeholders, escalate team issues to manager to resolveThis is a great role if you are interested in a career path towards becoming a BDR management among other roles.
