Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for fashion, excellent time management skills, loves working with all kinds of people and has a client-focused mindset.
You should have an interest in startups, e-commerce, and tech. You will report directly to Styling Leadership. You will be responsible for successfully managing a team of 20-30 remote, part-time Stylists. The ability to work cross-functionally to execute projects and drive results is a must.Day to Day
Management:
Manage, develop, and inspire.
You will directly manage a Team of 20-30 part-time remote stylists and ensure your Team is meeting all business goals as well as styling and delighting clients yourself.
Business Operations:
You will own your Team's operational functions including schedule compliance, box completion, time-off/sick time, and hour approvals.
Training:
You will lead All Stylist Calls, host 1:1's for each of your Team members, onboard new Stylists, and create an engaging and rewarding employee experience.
Coaching:
Coach your team members to improve overall Styling success and execute personalized performance plans when needed.
Interview:
Assess new Stylist candidates, conduct interviews, and help in the overall hiring process.
About You
You're interested in early stage startup experience and growing a company culture
You must be flexible, able to wear many hats, and enjoy helping others succeed
You have a history of building strong teams, driving results, and developing talent
Building a company from the ground up is an exciting challenge for you
You're able to work independently and make sound decisions
You're able to translate client experience into Styling

You're able to build measures to manage teams and track performance
You're ready to create new processes both physically and technically
Qualifications
4+ years of established leadership experience in managing a team of 20-30 stylists (previous Stylist experience is a plus)
You have amazing verbal and written skills
You are organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, and have a growth mindset
You have a strong analytical background and well versed in Excel and Powerpoint
Must have high interest in e-commerce, fashion, consumer brands, and emerging technologies
You must be comfortable working on a small team where your ideas and efforts will have direct application
Previous experience working in e-commerce or a tech startup is a big plus
