Your tasks:
Creation and development of market and target group-oriented design concepts (focus on outdoor)
Team leadership of the GERRY WEBER Outdoor design team and coordination of collection development in this product group
Regular market analysis and trend research
Participation in and implementation of a collection and color concept, taking into account the collection framework plan
Selection of materials and colors, as well as ensuring the fit
Management of the entire product development process - from the initial design to handover to production
Creation of collection and presentation materials
Participation in workshops and collection meetings
Communication with international offices and suppliers


Your profile:

Successfully completed design studies
Several years of professional experience in the outdoor product group, as well as leadership experience in a similar position
Strong sense of trends and great enthusiasm for fashion
Extensive product knowledge and a good understanding of target groups
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Flexibility, resilience, structured and independent way
