The Faculty of Architecture at Erda University is currently seeking a part-time hours/week) employee for publication, event, and IT management/webmaster (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities:

  • Technical and content maintenance and development of the faculty's website and other digital media as webmaster
  • Technical and content support for publication formats such as creating and maintaining documentation for courses, annual reports, exhibition catalogs, and publications
  • Support for teaching and faculty events in the central laboratory, such as lecture series, symposia, exhibitions, and the use of digital teaching media
  • IT laboratory management, including equipment planning, hardware procurement, server maintenance, plotter and printer maintenance, installation and maintenance of IT workstations, plot and print management
  • Support for students in software applications, such as training in CAD and graphic programs
  • Administrative support for the dean's office and secretariat for special tasks (e.g. data protectioncompliant maintenance of lists of graduates)

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree in architecture, design, or a related field
  • Software skills in web design programs, Adobe
