    Hydro H2O is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our online presence through both paid advertising and organic traffic strategies.

    If you're passionate about leveraging the power of social media and SEO/SEM to increase brand visibility and drive website traffic, we want to hear from you


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.


    Create compelling and creative content, including text, images, and videos, to be posted on mainstream social media platforms and engage with the audience.


    Effectively managing a limited advertising budget to develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns and strategies across various platforms to drive website traffic and conversions.

    Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign targeting to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.

    Collaborate with influencers to increase brand awareness and engagement.


    Ensure seamless connection between advertising content and landing pages, share best practices with the team to maintain a coordinated user experience and support conversion rate optimization.


    Collaborate with team members to regularly make changes and conduct tests on social media advertising campaigns, with the goal of increasing conversion rates and CPL(Cost Per Lead) for each designated region.

    Conduct competitive research, adjust advertising campaigns, and enhance ad quality and click-through rates.

    Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings and enhance website performance.

    Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences and drives organic traffic.

    Qualifications:

    3+ years of experience operating social media accounts and submit resume with the operated social media accounts.

    3+ years of experience in affiliate influencer marketing.


    3+ years of experience managing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Tik Tok, Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.

    3+ years of experience driving organic traffic through SEO and content creation.

    Rich experience in creating, executing, and optimizing social media advertising strategies to achieve and surpass performance goals.

    Proficient in using social media analytics and multi-channel tracking platforms.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and collaborating with a team of social media experts.

    Ability to analyze performance data, draw conclusions, and make informed decisions to improve social media advertising campaigns.

    Knowledge of the latest social media advertising trends, digital marketing technologies, and competitive landscape.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
