- Defines and develops brand strategy and marketing initiatives for the clinical education department including symposia, live courses, online live and pre-recorded courses, Chairside Magazine and the Glidewell Online Study Club.
- Acts as a liaison in the production of marketing strategies with the education and marketing teams.
- Applies customer insights and market intelligence to develop approaches to build market awareness and maximize enrollment in live and online courses.
- Manages workflow of all education marketing efforts and ensures timely delivery of tactics.
- Assists with on-site symposia, including advertising and marketing coordination with relevant departments, KOL relations and on-site logistics.
- Analyzes internal data in order to determine the most relevant initiatives for increases in clinical education brand awareness and course attendance.
- Develops creative design concepts with education and marketing teams.
- Acts as initial copywriter and editor of education marketing initiatives.
- Investigates new marketing avenues and constantly analyzes results of current initiatives in order to increase course and symposium attendance.
- Maintains education promotion/marketing calendar and shares with relevant internal departments to maintain cross-department awareness.
- Works with analytics team on course and symposia attendee sales tracking and develops reports.
- Tracks metrics of success for individual initiatives as well as overall successes of courses, including promotional offer redemptions, on-site purchases and post-attendance brand loyalty.
- Collaborates with senior leadership and brand management to ensure education marketing fits within strategic goals.
- Occasionally provides tours of the Glidewell facility to course attendees.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or other relevant field.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience working in a marketing environment.
- Prior science/technical, medical device, healthcare/dental background, preferred.
