    About the Company

    Nationally known General Contractor currently in growth mode with a diverse portfolio of Light Industrial and Commercial construction projects. Actively seeking Senior Superintendents (National Travel, Regional travel and Locally based opportunities) to lead ground up and renovation projects in the following verticals:

    • Commercial Mixed-Use
    • Healthcare
    • K-12 / Higher Education
    • Aviation
    • Federal/Government
    • Light Industrial

    Commercial Senior Superintendent Job Description

    Superintendent will have overall responsibility for an assigned construction project in the verticals listed above with a value $20M+ and a proven track record on safety, quality, budgeting and scheduling.

    • Manage the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and labor, maintaining strict control over the accuracy and quality for each work activity.
    • Plan look-ahead schedules, maintain project schedule controls.
    • Identify and report problems or deficiencies to the Director / project executives
    • Document on-site activities that may impede progress or compliance to project/contract requirements
    • Review subcontract agreements
    • Maintain strict control over the budget for each work activity
    • Assist in preparation of project status report and provide complete daily reports to the Project Manager.

    Select Responsibilities for Commercial Candidates:

    • A minimum of 5 years of construction experience as a Superintendent on projects valued up to $100M
    • The capability of maintaining and following a Critical Path project schedule
    • A thorough understanding of and ability to maintain a current, complete set of project documents, blueprints, revisions, specifications, and related items

    Projects led should include the Ground Up New Construction, Retrofit, and Major Renovation scopes of work. Please include a Project List.
