    Job Description:
    As a Roofing Superintendent, you will oversee multiple roofing projects daily, ensuring they meet our high standards and satisfy client expectations. Your expertise in construction and residential roofing will be essential in representing our company professionally to customers, subcontractors, and team members.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervising various roofing projects daily under your supervision.
    • Ensuring subcontractors adhere to OSHA safety standards and our company's guidelines.
    • Validating permits are visibly displayed at job sites.
    • Verifying the accuracy of materials delivered for each project.
    • Conducting thorough final inspections upon project completion.
    • Arranging material procurement trips in case of shortages and managing excess material returns.
    • Keeping our company's CRM updated with progress reports and job site photos.
