Job DescriptionWe are a respected, national Mechanical Contractor who is seeking a qualified Plumbing Superintendent, plumbers, and plumbing helpers to join our team.
In this position, you will assist in the coordination of activities of new, multifamily construction according to the Company's standards and processes. Additionally, you will help ensure that quality and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process.
Other tasks assigned to you will include but are not limited to:
Maintain and manage inventory of onsite materials
Oversee schedule of installation of systems by managing, training, and directing sub crews
Maintain and submit daily and weekly reporting records
Coordinate and verify all layouts and installation of slabs, rough ins, top outs, and trim
Minimum Requirements:
-Thorough knowledge of Plumbing installation and the technical aspects of your trade, combined with a strong knowledge and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
(State licenses not required on all projects.)
