    Superintendent Position Overview:

    The Project Superintendent should have a proven track record in successfully delivering multi-million-dollar Commercial Construction projects on time and within budget. They must excel in managing vendors, subcontractors, and field staff.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all construction phases on assigned projects
    • Develop and maintain project schedules
    • Manage relationships with subcontractors
    • Ensure timely and high-quality project completion
    • Create project documentation for effective site management
    • Execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance initiatives
    • Champion a safe work environment through safety programs

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
    • High school diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Advanced problem-solving capabilities
