    Job Responsibilities*Lams Project Delivery Manager plays a critical role in Facilities projects at Lams Fremont and Livermore, CA Labs.


    Oversees the development, design, scope of work, and schedule management for critical projects working cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders, and interfacing with end users, engineering, construction, operations and manufacturing engineering to ensure projects are ahead of schedule and under budget.


    Job Duties:

    • Manage team of Project Managers responsible for delivering equipment installation and small capital projects.
    • Manage multiple large and complex facilities projects up to $5M in scope
    • Project development from beginning to end including project plans, timelines, and work orders; develop project schedules, monitor milestones, and ensure projects are completed on time; create and manage project work plans coordinating the work of internal and external team members
    • Develop project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget
    • Coordinate vendor selection and ensure process and results are properly documented; review subcontract bids for completeness
    • Implement communication plan and facilitate meetings with written reports/meeting minutes to keep stakeholders and project resources informed
    • Communicate effectively regarding roles and responsibilities, priorities, progress, etc.
    • Solicit and facilitate internal input to ensure project outcomes appropriately support operational needs and adhere to Lams standards

    Minimum Qualifications** Seven+ years project delivery experience in advanced technology manufacturing

    • Five+ years experience managing direct reports
    • Experience managing capital and expense projects up to $5M
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint capabilities
    • Ability to work within a cross-functional organization with tight timelines and aggressive goal
    • PMP certification preferred
    • Must be willing and able to work onsite full-time in Fremont, CA
    • Post-Covid, must be willing and able to travel up to 10% (domestic and international)
