    Position Overview:
    Are you a passionate and visionary leader who thrives in building high-performing engineering teams? Do you have a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering complex technical projects? If so, then we want to hear from you

    We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our talented team of engineers in building and scaling our technology infrastructure.

    As a member of the senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's technological direction and ensuring that our engineering efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.



    Responsibilities:
    Provide strategic leadership and direction for the engineering organization, including the technical roadmap.

    Oversee all aspects of the engineering lifecycle, from concept to development to deployment.

    Build, grow, and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration,

    and excellence.

    Manage the engineering budget and resources effectively.

    Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent.

    Collaborate closely with product, design, and other departments to ensure seamless product development.

    Stay up-to-date on the latest engineering trends and technologies.

    Develop and implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.

    Ensure that the engineering organization meets all deadlines and quality standards.

    Represent the engineering organization to senior management and stakeholders.


    Qualifications:
    Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.

    Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.

    Deep understanding of software development methodologies

    Experience in developing and managing a technical roadmap.

    Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to think strategically and make sound technical decisions.

    Passion for building innovative products and technologies.


    Bonus points for:
    Experience in the Medical device industry.

    Experience in managing a complex engineering organization.

    Experience in Systems engineering approach to innovative product creation.

    An advanced degree in computer science or a related field.

    Working knowledge of x-ray imaging technology
