Giularos Hospitality is looking for an awesome Director of Engineering for a great property in NYC This hotel is highly rated and is a fun and energetic boutique property

This person will be responsible for the day to day operations of the engineering department. HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, Electrical, life safety, mechanical and more. This individual will Manage the hotels PM Program and ensure that the guest rooms are up to standards. We are looking for an awesome leader who knows how to teach and train staff, while managing budget and financials


Must Haves :
)

-5 years of maintenance experience in hotels required.

  • 3 years of leadership in hotels
  • Alice, birchstreet and Inncom experience preferred
  • FLSD REQUIRED :)

Pay:
$105, $110,000.00 per year

Experience:

Hotel Leadership: 3 years (required)
