accomplished Information Technology Engineer with a deep knowledge base coupled with a capacity for learning.  A former Director of Network Operations with a sub-organization of a Fortune 500 company; I successfully managed 15 techs over 7 physical sites in 6 states. My experience includes design, development, testing, and implementation of projects. My capabilities also include providing white glove end user support. I have managed the day-to-day operations of IT departments including scheduling, staffing and budget allocations. I have also been tasked with asset management and ROI data analysis.
