- Long Beach USD School Modernizations – Long Beach, CA. Managed HVAC replacement and modernization projects at multiple LBUSD campuses (including Millikan High School, Cubberley K-8, and Prisk Elementary), coordinating design solutions and construction phasing for occupied school sites.

Oversaw design coordination and construction administration for high-end mixed-use developments, including luxury hotel, retail, and residential projects. Ensured all disciplines (architecture, interior design, lighting, MEP engineering) were aligned and that design intent was maintained through construction.
