    We are seeking a Account Manager Assistant (Full Time) to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving order/sales issues through Email, phone calls, and in person. Maintaining sales display area presentable and You will also be responsible for order fulfilling process, including processing orders, double checking prepared shipment and collaborating with warehouse department. Initial training will be provided.


    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Support and provide sales team information and research needs
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Some administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and running office errands

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, food service or in Boba tea related fields preferred
    • Computer literate, excellence using Word and Excel, previous work experience using QuickBooks is a plus
    • Associate degree required, preferably bachelor degree in business or relevant fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Willing to learn and can learn fast
    • Bilingual in Chinese/Vietnamese preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Compensation Range: $15-19 Depending on qualification and experience, Quarterly Bonus eligible after 3 months probation
