    Sr. Salesforce Developer
    Remote

    Navitas Business Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer, your role is at the intersection of technical prowess and business acumen. To excel in this dynamic field, you'll need a robust skill set that combines coding expertise with a deep understanding of Salesforce's platform.

    1. Technical Proficiency in Salesforce Ecosystem:
      • Apex: Mastering Salesforce's proprietary language, Apex, is crucial. You'll use it for custom development, triggers, and complex business logic.
      • Visualforce: Proficiency in creating custom user interfaces using Visualforce pages.
      • Lightning Component Framework: Building Lightning components for modern, responsive UIs.
      • Declarative Capabilities: Understand process automation, workflows, validations, and other declarative features.
      • Data Modeling and Management: Know how to design custom objects, fields, and relationships.
      • Integration Patterns: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
      • Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and features.
    2. Problem-Solving and Logical Thinking:
      • Debugging and Optimization: Strong problem-solving skills are essential for navigating complex business requirements and optimizing code.
      • Scalable System Architectures: Logical thinking helps design scalable solutions aligned with best practices.
    3. UI/UX Design Skills:
      • Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS): Use SLDS or custom CSS to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
    4. Data Management Skills:
      • Data Migration: Proficiency in data migration using tools like Salesforce Data Loader or ETL tools.
      • Schema Design: Understand custom object creation, field types, and relationships.
    5. Integration Skills:
