Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop components within Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Developer to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Work with various departments to understand their needs and ensure that the Salesforce environment supports business goals effectively.
  • Working with offshore integration development resources, collaborate to optimize existing and new integrations using Salesforce APIs and thirdparty integration tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, ensuring our solutions leverage cuttingedge capabilities.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and its integrated systems.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 35 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of its ecosystem and product suite.

Skills

  • Proficiency in development tools and programming languages specific to Salesforce, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Proficiency in MYSQL and JavaScript
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and a solid understanding of integration platforms like MuleSoft.
  • Knowledge of APIs and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with products that integrate with Salesforce and how to leverage them for business solutions.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I) preferred.
