    Join our Health Engineering Systems (HES) team, where we collaborate closely with clients to define and achieve success. We believe in the power of teamwork and are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to drive our projects forward.

    Our standard work hours are between 10am - 4pm Eastern Time, with flexibility to accommodate different time zones.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to system architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce technologies such as Flows, Lightning components, VisualForce, Apex classes, and more.
    • Customize and configure Salesforce applications and conduct unit testing.
    • Manage data migration and recommend integration strategies with a variety of business systems.
    • Create and deliver project documentation including requirements specifications, project plans, and design materials.
    • Collaborate with IT colleagues on technical strategies and solutions.
    • Engage in Agile processes like standups, demos, and sprint planning.
    • Work in tandem with designers and engineers to implement product requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and review application needs.
    • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
    • Support users in troubleshooting platform issues.
    • Stay updated on technology advancements and new features.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development & Engineering.
    • 3+ years of Salesforce architecture experience.
    • Public Trust clearance eligibility required.
    • Residency and authorization to work in the US.
    • Minimum 3 years of recent US residency.

    Professional Skills:

    • Experience with web programming languages like JSP, JSF, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Strong background in integration, ETL tools, and various endpoints.
    • Proficiency in SF Reporting and Dashboards.
    • Strong knowledge of design patterns and agile methodology.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problems-solving skills.
    • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • One or more Salesforce developer certifications.
    • Experience in health cloud implementation and Copado.
    • Knowledge of Omni channel routing and call center set-up.
    • Hands-on experience with Aura components and managed packages related to CTI.

    Job Location: This role requires location-based in the United States. Please note that foreign work locations are not permitted.

    Pay Range: The final pay for this position is determined by various factors including relevant experience, certifications, geographic location, and education qualifications. The pay range for this role falls between $84,000 - $143,706.00 annually for the Nationwide Remote Office (US99) location.
