    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Salesforce Developer at AVM Consulting Inc located in Reston, VA, with flexibility for remote work (max rate as $75/hr) . The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible is expected to have strong Apex experience, strong deployment, troubleshooting, and integration experience with Salesforce designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The Senior Salesforce Developer will also provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Team is looking for this person to be considered an expert in the Salesforce platform, preferably with multiple Salesforce certifications.

    Qualifications

    • 9+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
    • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security
    • Experience with integration using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, and middleware
    • Proficient in Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus
