    Description

    Chloe + Isabel is seeking a SOFTWARE QA INTERN to join our Technology Team As our Software QA Intern, you will be working closely with our QA Lead to support product improvement efforts through software testing. You will also work on creating automated tests, scripts, test plans, cases, and reports. Additional projects / focuses to include and not limited to:

    • Enhancing software quality for both externally-facing and internal components
    • Taking part in User Experience testing to improve usability and making the product experience more intuitive
    • Contributing to internal product documentation and providing general software product support to all departments

    YOU ARE:

    • Passionate about solving difficult or complex problems
    • Keenly interested in Software Engineering, User-Experience Design, and Product Management
    • Possess excellent troubleshooting skills - able to identify problems by attacking them from different angles and testing individual variables
    • Can take both a qualitative and quantitative approach to testing and problem analysis
    • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-starter and team player

    BONUS:

    • Interest in fashion and jewelry
    • Understanding of Ruby or Python
    • Understanding of SQL
    • Understanding of basic UI concepts (basic HTML, CSS)
    • Proficiency in Excel
    • Background in Software, IT, or a quantitative field of study
