- Identify, Develop, and Execute process improvement projects and initiatives, including methods, tools, roadmap systems, and deployment.
- Present product / program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leaders
- Communicate recommendations and solutions across direct organization and with cross-functional partner organizations.
- Develop action plans and research planning both on an annual basis as well as a longer term 3–5-year horizon.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or institution
- Minimum of 5 years in process improvement in engineering, or transactional processes

As an integrated process improvement leader, the engineering Lean Practitioner will lead and manage process improvements across GE Aerospace's Defense Engines organization. Responsibilities will include identifying, developing, and leading projects/process improvements to ensure on time delivery, increased productivity, and new productivity strategies for the engineering team.The role will lead in defining transformative Lean projects and programs across a diverse product portfolio including the military Turbofan/Turbojet organization. There will be a focus on transactional process enhancements that improve quality, productivity and effectiveness of cross functional teams.
