- Perform quality control for photos and videos received from editors, ensuring they meet our standards before sending them to clients.
- Ensure all marketing materials (photos, videos, floor plans, 3D Matterport) are properly uploaded and ready for client distribution.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Communicate with clients to follow up on project details, gather feedback, provide excellent customer service and ensure their needs are met.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and deadlines are met, managing and monitoring timelines effectively.
- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials to clients.
- Manage our social media accounts by posting content, suggesting new content ideas, creating engaging captions, and scheduling posts.
- Engage with our social media followers and the accounts we follow, fostering a strong online community and generating leads through direct messaging.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients' goals.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a creative or marketing environment.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback for revisions.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and social media management tools.
