    Job Title:
    Regional Operations Coordinator

    Company: Southeast Operations

    Summary:
    The Regional Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Southeast Region operations by assisting in project management, business performance analysis, purchasing, fleet administrative functions, and overall business administration services to ensure smooth daily operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and the Southeast Fleet Manager.

    Overview:
    The Regional Operations Coordinator will assist the VP of Operations and Fleet Manager in managing tasks and acting as a central point of contact for both internal and potential external communications. They will also collaborate on cross-functional projects internally.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Provide support to leadership staff in operations and fleet management
    • Handle operations tasks such as vendor records, crew support, purchase orders, and fleet data
    • Manage crew transfers, on-boarding, and HR liaison
    • Organize and participate in meetings, documenting minutes
    • Review and distribute incoming communications appropriately
    • Perform general office tasks and maintain records
    • Assist with fleet database maintenance and data quality improvement
    • Oversee field crew's production tracking and communication for enhancements
    • Execute additional duties as delegated
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail abilities
    • Effective time management skills and meeting deadlines consistently
    • Adaptability in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
    Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
    Physical Requirements:
    • Extended periods of desk work and computer usage
    On-site presence required five days a week for eight hours daily, with flexibility between 7am and 5pm.

    Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 annually (non-exempt)

    Compensation details: Hourly Wage
