    Leidos QTC Health Services is hiring a Healthcare Managed Services Capture Manager who will be a key member of the business development team and is accountable for the execution and growth of current key/strategic accounts.

    Ability to shape and win new business through a balanced focus on customer value, the competitive environment, and the corporation's best interests.


    Develops capture strategy including business solution for pursuit of opportunities; identifies potential customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and position-to-win; leads bid and proposal activities.

    Ability to manage multiple pursuits to ensure excellence in delivery of full life cycle capture activities that includes development of solutions through our Leidos Corporate Capture Management Process.

    Initial team will include a proposal/technical writer with ability to grow to a couple other positions. This role is to lead proposals ranging from $5M to multi-billion.
    *Remote is an option for this role and will require business travel as needed (10-25%)
    *Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Discern customer requirements and evaluation prioritiesDevelop Business Solutions to client needsImplement market strategy into tactical opportunity decisions.
    Willingness to contribute across the sales cycle, including qualification, strategy, and proposal development.
    Coordination of key capture milestones ensuring alignment to the Leidos WinPlan.

    Effective management and influence of capture teamsAssess competitive landscape and establish optimal teaming partnersEstablish win strategies, value propositions and compelling features to translate to capture and proposal teamOpportunity management including Pursue/No Pursue and Bid/No Bid decisionsEffectively communicate strategies and Win Probabilities to senior managementMinimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years of related experience, or Master's degree in related field and 10+ years of related experience.

    Proven track record of building high performance teams in a fast-paced environment.

    Successful experience working with different Federal Health customers, DHA, DoD, VA, and many other agenciesExperience winning a variety of contracts types i.e., Federal acquisition including single- and multi-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ), Fixed Price, Cost Plus contracts.

    Contract scope should include healthcare managed servicesSubject matter expert in field of business capture in the occupational and disability healthcare provider solutions industryDemonstrated expertise in business strategy developmentMust have highly effective interpersonal skills to carry-out daily interactions with technical leaders and business executives within Leidos as well as with customers, industry and subcontractors.

    Exceptional written communications skills is required with strong knowledge of MS Office products, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookPreferred Requirement:
    Experience with Shipley's Capture Management MethodologyPay and Benefits: Salary range: $166,000
