About You:


  • You have a strong knowledge of the financial services industry, its products and practices and a strong interest in further development and learning
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in either of the following or related fields: Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Economics
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • 4+ years of client services within the asset management industry
  • 2+ years of people and resource management experience
  • Ability to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlines
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability of work product Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Salary Range: USD 115, ,000

Your Role:


  • You will lead/oversee client integrations, conversions and strategic projects
  • Responsible for assisting in the management of virtual teams tasked with project managing client integrations/conversions, services delivery changes and sales support; the integration team is the central point of contact for the client both technical and support during onboarding
  • Be involved with dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services
  • Participate in marketing and sales pitches; effectively demonstrate and communicate Citco's workflows, best practices and technologies
  • Provide sales with assistance on Request for Proposals (RFP)
  • Be involved with AA / SLA negotiation
  • Be involved with new client launches/conversions and new Business Existing Client (NBEC) launches
  • Assist with onboarding of ancillary services
  • Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation models
  • Oversee and manage strategic initiatives within the Client Integration team
  • Oversee major SLA changes
  • Be involved with process Improvements
  • Manage virtual teams
