    • Mission

    Dans le cadre de la maintenance de PowerCARD, encadre et accompagne les consultants support junior et experimenté pour la résolution des incidents dans un souci de satisfaire les clients HPS Solution.

    • Finalités

    Préciser les résultats permanents exigés, observables et mesurables de la fonction

    • En fonction de l'incident signalé, s'assure de la cohérence de l'analyse de l'anomalie, et coordonne les actions à mettre en oeuvre. S'assure des développements effectués afin de résoudre l'anomalie. Veille à la réalisation des tests unitaires et garantit la rédaction de la documentation correspondante aux modifications effectuées.
    • Garantit le respect des engagements en termes de délais et de qualité du travail fourni. S'assure du respect des normes spécifiques à son activité. Contribue à l'amélioration des indicateurs de son équipe afin d'améliorer la qualité et l'iamge de l'entreprise. Effectue des missions On site support, assure des formations premier niveau support et prépare les statistiques mensuelles relatives à l'activité support.
    • S'assure du respect des normes de développement choisis par HPS dans le cadre de son activité. Préconise des axes de développements des procédures spécifiques à la maintenance.

    Remonter des informations fiables et pertinentes à sa hiérarchie et à l'organisation.

    -S'impliquer dans la démarche qualité et l'amélioration des processus

    Montrer un engagement et une implication dans la démarche qualité. Participer activement dans le maintien de la certification et l'amélioration des processus.
