    Duration:
    Temp-to-hire

    Pay rate:
    $19-$27 depending on experience

    Job summary
    Plans and coordinates contractual activities with the customers; interfaces with customer on all account-related issues.
    Handles interface between company and assigned customer; provides customer with a focal communication point
    Confers with customer regularly in order to answer questions, enquire on needs, and review the status of the account
    Examines performance requirements, delivery schedules, cost estimates of material, equipment, and production, in order to ensure that company can meet customer's needs
    Performs the timely and accurate entry in ERP/MRP system of information necessary to the planning, production, and delivery of customer's product; such information includes sales order details, work order release
    Assists sales representatives in the development of new business
    Takes direction from the Account Manager IV (Senior Account Manager)
    Logs customers' requests-for-quotes and updates status
    Assesses requests for, issues, and processes Return Materials Authorizations to customers
    Closes work orders and invoices customers
    May participate in internal and external Quality Management System audits Must have:

    Excellent organizational skills:
    must be able to keep track of several accounts, with many quotes and orders being processed concurrently
    Excellent written and oral communication skills in English: must be able to interact effectively with customers by email, phone, or in person, while keeping a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times
    Strong technical knowledge of electronics

    Skills
    Working knowledge of office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel
    Working knowledge of an ERP/MRP system
    Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
    Familiarity with the concepts, processes, and components of printed circuit board assemblies

    College degree or equivalent work experience
