Job Summary:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor with every customer interaction
- Processes customer orders accurately and timely
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, comments, or feedback
- Performs general office duties such as filing, organizing, light cleaning, and other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong verbal & written communication skills including active listening
- Excellent attention to details and well organized
- Great problemsolving skills
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous customer service experience highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Benefits are offered at 60 days of employment, which include sick pay, paid vacation, and 401k with a 4% company match.
