We've created a next-generation recycling center that can reuse and reclaim polymers from Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), which will stabilize manufacturers' supply chains through domestic sourcing.

Account Manager, ITAD


We are currently looking for an
Account Manager, ITAD to manage, grow and maintain customer business for our new key customer account.

The Account Manager will work with the Business Development, Outbound Sales, Finance and Operations teams to service and support designated key accounts.

This includes establishing strong relationships with customers; building knowledge of their needs; interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services; and resolving customer complaints.

The Account Manager also manages and maintains unique customer activity reporting and ensures all activity meets contract requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, maintain and share detailed knowledge of the customer's business strategy, and proactively assess and validate needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage settlement operations including inventory reporting in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Operations and Finance Teams related to key customer account activities and needs.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure resolution of any issues and smooth account operations on all levels.
  • Use discretion and independent judgement to coordinate activities and facilitate timely execution and documentation throughout the settlement process.
  • Analyze account performance related to key metrics and recommend solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Explain to existing customers and new potential customers our services and prices, and answer questions they may have.
  • Maintain computerized Company system keeping data current with updates to customer inventory status, contract requirements, contacts, issues and opportunities and other key information.
  • Work with Business Development and Operations teams to coordinate and execute specific onboarding requirements for new business.
  • Develop and deploy relationship management tactics with key customer contacts; obtain names of other influencers, decision makers, and approvers within account to position and fulfill value propositions. Responsible for setting next action and execution.
  • React to customer requirements outside of standard services offered when warranted by profiling needs and requirements and effectively working these objectives with Business Development team or Executive management for resolution.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements as necessary to maintain high quality, efficient processes across all tasks.
  • Adhere to all contract requirements, applicable regulations and established policies and procedures.
  • Other jobrelated tasks as assigned.

What you need to succeed:


  • Knowledge of terms and best practices in and minimum of 2 years experience with ITAD.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services, including product demonstration and customer sales and retention techniques.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Selfmotivation and results orientation with a strategic thinking mindset.
  • Advanced user expertise of company systems, specifically Razor.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and modify message delivery to meet varying needs of customers.
  • Ability to organize and manage time, predicting and meeting changing demands as necessary.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and drive team to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven leadership qualities.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and desire to improve overall efficiency and overcome day to day roadblocks and challenges.
